Overview

A stationary, multi-inlet dust collector for furniture and panel workshops. Central ducting connects saws, sanders and routers at once, and a top-mounted air tank cleans the filter bags with timed pulse jets, so the unit keeps running through full production shifts without manual filter maintenance.

  • Fine woodworking dust generates electrostatic charge during filtration, creating ignition risk in dry filter systems. This collector is fitted with anti-static filter bags as standard. Conductive fiber woven into each bag dissipates static charge and blocks ignition of suspended wood particles. Carbon steel housing is grounded through the frame. Suitable for furniture manufacturing, panel cutting, and solid wood processing.
  • An automatic explosion relief panel on the lower hopper and a one-way relief valve at the sawdust inlet form a dual overpressure barrier. During a pressure event, the panel vents safely while the inlet valve stops back-flame from entering the ductwork. Supports combustible dust explosion protection compliance in EU, North America, and Southeast Asia woodworking markets.
  • A top-mounted air tank releases compressed air in timed millisecond bursts through pulse valves, producing a reverse shock wave that clears dust cake from filter bags without stopping airflow. Cleaning intervals are set via a timer controller, allowing uninterrupted operation across full production shifts. Eliminates manual filter maintenance downtime in furniture and flooring facilities.
  • Upper filter chamber, lower hopper, and support legs are fabricated from carbon steel plate with full-seam welding. Flanged bolted joints connect the upper and lower sections. A wide-stance four-leg frame provides stability under fan vibration and pulse-jet cycling. Hopper walls resist wood chip abrasion. Industrial paint coating protects against corrosion in humid furniture and panel workshop environments.
  • A rotary wood chip discharger at each hopper base continuously delivers collected sawdust into a receiving bag or conveyor without stopping the fan or opening the hopper. The rotary valve holds an airtight seal during discharge, preserving negative pressure and preventing dust leakage. Supports continuous operation in high-output woodworking and furniture manufacturing facilities.

Key advantages

  • Multi-machine connection available

Multiple air inlets support simultaneous connection with saws, sanders and routers for centralized dust extraction.

  • Simple dust disposal

Dust and wood scraps fall into large-capacity hoppers and leave through the rotary discharger, so no bins have to be handled. The collected wood waste can be recycled and reused.

  • Heavy-duty fixed installation

Built as stationary industrial unit. Firm base for long-time continuous operation in furniture factories.

  • Convenient dust discharge

Dust and wood scraps fall into large-capacity hopper. Easy ash cleaning and wood waste recycling.

Questions

What buyers ask before ordering

If your question is not here, ask it in the form — an engineer answers, not a salesperson.

  • How much air volume does a woodworking machine need?

It depends on the machine and its port diameter — a panel saw, a wide-belt sander and a CNC router all differ. List your machines and port sizes and we will total the required air volume for you.

  • Wood dust is combustible. How is that handled?

Wood dust needs anti-static media, proper earthing and, depending on your local rules, explosion venting. Tell us which standard you must satisfy and we will specify to it instead of shipping a standard unit.

  • Can the collected sawdust be reused?

Yes. The material collects dry in the hoppers and is commonly sold for briquetting or particle board.

  • Mobile or fixed — which is right for me?

Mobile suits shops that reconfigure often or run a few machines. A fixed central system suits a stable layout with many extraction points. We build both.
