Overview
Bucket elevator transports bulk materials vertically. It features stable running and low maintenance.
- Our bucket elevator realizes continuous vertical transportation of various bulk solids including grain, powder, ore and cement. Adopted precise chain or belt driving system, it keeps steady material feeding and discharging without spillage. The sealed housing reduces dust emission to meet environmental requirements. It can adapt to different lifting heights and handle materials with different particle sizes reliably.
- Heavy duty welded steel frame and thickened buckets enhance the overall mechanical strength of the bucket elevator. Wear-resistant parts are applied at friction positions to extend service life, even under long-time heavy load operation. The whole structure is compact and occupies little floor space. It can withstand abrasive materials and tough working conditions in mining and cement industries.
- Designed with convenient access covers for fast inspection and replacement of worn buckets, chains or belts. Reasonable tension adjustment structure helps avoid slipping and abnormal vibration. The machine requires simple daily maintenance and fewer spare parts. It greatly cuts downtime and reduces your operating cost during continuous production.
