An Australian woodworking plant needed a 45,000 m³/h explosion-safe dust system built to the customer’s own layout. The opportunity was marked lost in April and signed in August — brought back not by a price, but by a re-checked air calculation against a drawing the customer had sent us five months earlier.
An Italian processor ordered four cyclone separators for a powder and bulk material line — and all four had to be identical. The drawings left the inlet angle and rotation direction open, so we asked before production started. Add a noise-reduction build, video updates every three days, and a new enquiry the same week the equipment was ready.
A Ukrainian industrial distributor needed welding fume control, acid gas scrubbing, and grinding dust extraction — three different problems, across multiple customer sites, in a market most suppliers had stopped quoting. We answered every message. He placed two orders.
An Australian lime processing plant supplied detailed engineering drawings and required both a dust collector and a matched screw conveyor built to exact specification. Through three rounds of technical drawing confirmation and careful ocean-freight scheduling, the order was delivered on time with a complete documentation package. The customer returned for repeat supply.
An Indonesian factory with two process problems — stone-crushing dust and acid fumes — needed equipment that fit their existing space. Through close technical work over five months, the scope grew from a single scrubber to six units across four product types, all shipped in one 20-foot container to Jakarta.
A Malaysian environmental contractor asked for a spray-tower drawing. We came back with a 3D model PDF in two days, followed it with site photos and a build video, and the order was confirmed within six weeks.
